IVC Video Registration

Follow the steps below to create an online account and to request your program. If you are a returning user, please enter your e-mail and unique password to access your account.

Upon completing the program request process, you will receive two e-mails:

  1. Initial SeaTrek Program Request Received email.
  2. Final SeaTrek IVC Confirmation email. This one contains all program details and connection protocols as well as your unique program confirmation code.

Please check our calendar before you request a program to make certain your preferred time slot is available.

Note that your program is not confirmed until you receive the final Confirmation e-mail.

Requesting more than one program? Be sure to click Make Another Program Request in your Basket when registering.

Mote Marine Laboratory uses Active Network for registration processing.

Enter discount codes in the Coupon Code field in your Basket. Please note that discount codes are case sensitive. Find out if your site is eligible for our discount program by contacting our Site Coordinator.

Multipoint Connections

For details about multipoint connections, please contact our Site Coordinator. Each additional site costs $75.

Billing and Cancellations

Please see our Program page for current pricing. We will invoice you after successful delivery of each program. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed videoconference date to avoid billing.

Checks should be made out to Mote Marine Laboratory, Inc.

A 1.5% late charge will be added thirty days after the invoice date. Non-payment will result in the denial of further registrations from your organization.

Program fees will not be waived due to technical problems, unless specific problems can be reliably traced to a SeaTrek hardware malfunction. See our How to Connect page for information on test calls.
