How to Read Our Calendar |

| OPEN: Open gaps on our calendar are available for your program request (see calendar guide). Programs are available on a first come, first serve basis between 8:30 am—4:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday. |

| CLOSED: Appointments with a program name and site indicated (e.g., CORAL REEFS #6A120427) are already booked by another customer and are not available for your requests. Times indicated as Closed are also not available. | |
To begin, make sure that you are viewing the calendar in the Week setting (tab on upper right). This is ths easiest way to see our availability for each week.

Test Connections
You may conduct an unstaffed test call anytime our calendar is not already booked or closed. An automated, looping video runs anytime we are not in a connection. Our videoconference IP number and testing protocols are sent with your SeaTrek IVC Confirmation email. We recommend that you do a test call no later than five working days before your scheduled program. Staffed test calls are available by request. Check out our How to Connect page for details.
Fall 2012 Calendar?
We are currently accepting program requests for January—May, 2012. We will begin accepting program requests for fall 2012 (September—December) beginning August 1. Sign up for our newsletter for early program announcements and discount offers.
